Margareta Oproiu founded Cabinet M. Oproiu with Raluca Vasilescu in 1995. Margareta is among the first Romanian Patent Attorneys, qualified since 1992, when the profession was created. She is specialized in patent and trademark prosecution and enforcement in Romania.
Raluca Vasilescu
Partner
Raluca Vasilescu is one of the two founding partners of Cabinet M. Oproiu. She is specialized in patent and trademark prosecution, and is in charge of the technical part of the litigations, particularily in the fields of mechanics & electronics – including artificial intelligence.
